Top 5? Without reading the article here is my list for whatever it’s worth and not in any particular order:

.450 NE
.500 NE
9.3x74R
.375 Flanged Magnum(this one is not very common but I really like it)
.450-400 3”

Extend the list and I’d include the .303 British, & 7x57R.

I would exclude several popular metric medium bores because I don’t live or hunt in Europe, and I’d exclude items like the .577NE & 600NE because the rifles are too heavy IMHO to be lugged around all day and would not be a comfortable field gun for my taste.
