There's one F D Pirie on Scotland's People website … but that's making assumptions that
a) 1st and 2nd forenames are recorded correctly in both places,
b) it's a male and
c) he was in Scotland.

He's on the valuation roll of 1905 as owner of Leckmelm estate … so that's possible.

Any more research would cost me so … over to you !!
