Yes the KS are quite soft, but for the american buffalo I think are good. With one shot I have killed a big bull shot at the shoulder ( distance 60meters), and the bullet go through all is big body and go out on the other side.
With the cape buffalo is another story. You must ues the full metal. But for my experience, in the Bernardelli the impact point dont change with the RWS VM.

Unfortunately, few year ago the Bernardelli company made bankrupt. Now the marker was buyed from a turkish company, the prices increase, and I suspect the quality of the guns is not the same. So if someone want buy a Bernardelli's rifle or shotgun musk check if the gun was built before the years 1996/1997.
