Yes, kind of backward maybe:) I think if the 500 were a pound or two heavier I would like it more. A friend has a 6 lb 458 win that I shot once and will never again. I prefer the big push of the freight train to the crack of the whip!

Luckily I am still young enough to not mind packing the 15 lb guns around.
