I hate to say it but one thing I have heard is that Chapuis's shoot accurately.

What loads have you tried. With all the combinations of bullet weights,
powders, primers, seating depths, I am surprised to hear it won't shoot.

Do you Chronograph your loads ?

If you can list what you have tried, I would think some of the posters on this
forum would be able to help you out.
