Never cared much for a Chapuis, they must fall apart after some use because a lot of folks email with problems they have had with them and a few came to me to get them fixed, I sent them to Chapius...I have not owned or shot one, just passing on what my little experience has been... A well known Smith told me they were pretty junky in his opinion, don't know, but I would trust his judgment...
