As to who to report it to - try the Proof house !!! It is a very serious charge in Europe / UK
to falsify gun proofs.

It's also illegal in the US to sell fake / farudulant / misrepresented items / guns - ie the fake Holland Shotguns
that caused a certain jailing of a gun dealer.
