I have rarely come across any good deals on double rifles. I purchased a 470 Rigby in 1992 that needed restocking, some new screws and all of the metal work refinished. I bought the gun for 5,000 and spent another 5500.00 to bring it up to snuff. I should have kept it as it was the most accurate double I have ever owned.
