You are right about the 450/400 being a great calibre.
The nice thing about Champlins is that you can shoot the rifle at their shop. They have loading equipment there and they can help you find the load that shoots in your rifle.
Plus they can tell you if the rifle takes .408 or .411 diameter bullets.
