I just bought a copy of Bell's book in an antiquarian bookshop in Brisbane. 1958 edition.
Inside was a H&H catalog. No date but it says List no 70.
Must be pretty old as a .465 Royal Hammerless Ejector can be had for 490 quid or USD1372 according to the price list.
As well as being old it also shows well the USD has done against the pound since that time.
