First things First - I am ignorant about the .700 and about Buffalo (I have Boddington's book but...) so I am asking not declaring. And btw I know it is far too much gun for me.

Did it take 3 shots before the Buff dropped? Are Buff armour plated or is the .700 (or the hunter) somehow not living up to its reputation?
