Will your Searcy shoot any better than New Guy's Chapuis? Seems that is "good enough".

On the matter of putting your "life on the line" in hunting most of the time we get a choice as to how we want to face dangerous game and if we want to do with it with a classic English double that no Searcy will ever match for handling then so be it. I don't think that makes one an idiot. Also you know that the Woodleigh is a very fine bullet and you don't need monolithics to bring down any game.
