Back to the purpose of the original post, I spoke with Butch today and he said that the new articulated trigger comes standard on the .577 NE now. That's good to know!

Right now we are checking on engraving options. Butch said his engraver started in the trade at age 13 at Webley & Scott and eventually worked for Holland & Holland and Purdey.

Does anyone have pictures of engraving on their Searcy? (I've seen the beautiful engraving on the previous thread...)
