Thanks for the info. First, Pop paid the whole price up front and is taking more money out with him when he visits Butch on April 15th to cover the "extras" that he wants.

I want him to see if the articulated front trigger is available--if so, I suggested that he get that.

He's also thinking about getting faux sideplates and having extensive engraving done on it. But that will be decided on when he gets with Butch.

He's also picking out his wood blank when there and we'll post what he decided to go with.

Regarding the reloading, we already spoke about the need to get a bigger press--that's the next step and I'm sure he will welcome anyone's suggestions on what he should look into.

Does anyone happen to know what .577 Butch regulates with? Does he handload and use that?

Regarding his trip, he and I are going to do a cape hunt maybe in 2007...

I'll keep you updated one what he decided on.
