As the proud owner of a 450/400 3 inch I would reccomend that you get a rifle chambered in that rather than the 375 Flanged.

I feel it is a great all around chambering. Small enough to hunt warthogs with and big enough for dangerous game you come across. It has a long 400 grain bullet that penetrates well and the recoil won't jar your filling loose!

It will serve you well!
