I'd bet you find 375F ballistics to be closer to 2400fps than 2500fps. JMO

Brass is going to cost about the same for either as will the dies...

I'd go with the 450/400. The 375 is well known for penetration, but the 450/400 does offer the heavier bullet, which would be an advantage.
