The test target looks like the test firer had just been doing 45/70's and just messed up on what it was regulated with.. Guess that it was the hornady 286 gr. Since you are planning on using it for a knock around double just have the barrels bead blasted and cerakoted and be done with it. I have one of the 450NE double from sabatti that is very well regulated.
