I have a 8x57r that I mounted a tasco titan 30mm scope. It's a 1.25-4.5x26. It was the only 30mm scope I had unmounted when I got the rifle, so I used it.

It actually works very well and I actually prefer it to my leupold 1.5-5x20. I has quite alot of eye relief, certainly more then either of my schmit&benders, not as bright, but for 2000$ less it certainly works well.
