I also own a Searcy Field Grade .470. Good wood to metal fits. Wood is well beyond what one would expect. Rifle shoots beautifully. Groups about 2" at 100 yards with Woodleighs and with 500 grain GCFP cast slugs.

Butch is not too much for words on e-mail, but he builds a hellova piece.
