What I looking for some years now are chamber measurments from a original gun and the neck diameter and length of old cartridges,who can help.
The most expensive part of such a work will be a new reamer for the chamber. So its a good idea to find a gunsmith in britain with an old reamer. What was the end of A.Henry , is there a successor? I see a oval bore dr from lancester on the Griffin & Howe website. Maybe other firms can have also an old reamer for the this chamber.
BTW I think 12000$ for a BPE gun on the Griffin &Howe website is a little bit to much
