Bit of a mystery purchase!

Caliber stated 10.75x68 Rimless, and the letter of authenticity says a "Mauser Type Action".

Strange bit of a possible muddle up?? Or is that double a Mauser type action? I guess it would say "bolt" if it was a bolt gun?

Anyone know more?
