Yeah- that explains it. TKS.
With modern powders it would be dirt simple to duplicate factory ammo with H4895 or maybe even AA310 (lots of unburned littered in the barrel and action - perhaps), - BUT I would prefer the H4895.
If someone had the rifle, it would be simple to work out starting loads. A chronograph would be necessary as it is for any serious load development.
