Howdy Guys- Just acquired a beautiful Murcott 577-500 DR. It has large sling eyes....wondering what sort of sling would be proper for this gun built in 1879? Also the (silvers?) pad has turned to stone and is badly cracked..should I replace it with another or would a leather cover pad or horn Buttplate be more appropriate?
