Please see if you can get some photos from your friend of general views of his Reeb DR, to include barrel and action stamps, and post them for us. As Kuduae said, your friend should make a chamber cast or have a chamber cast made in order to determine all of the aforementioned dimensions, enabling others to help your friend move forward with finding brass, bullets and load recommendations.
