Maybe some of you consider that the only way to install a scope on a H&H are the H&H mounts. I have see quite a number of them over their rifles. Probably they are very strong, but ugly as hell.
IMHO a properly installed Suhler claw mounts are at least as strong and much prettier.
I like much more the British style of double rifles; but regarding scope mounts (and not only for doubles) I agree with Kuduae; they look as if designed by a heavy tool engineer!
