Mr. Sabatti, in European interview video I saw, said essentially the same thing, that they made a crucial error, in trying to fill that large initial order on time, and that it hurt their reputation and sales, so he said that it won't happen again. Obviously, they learned from it; one would think that they will not forget what they learned; time will tell if they are able to recover from it. |
