I think the rifle would have more resale value as a Brit. There's something really nice about a double chambered in .303 British. Definitely a classic. Americans didn't have any tradition of double barreled rifles. Until this thread I had never heard nor even dreamed of a double rifle chambered in .303 Savage. However, I have seen and handled various English double rifles chambered in .30-30, and even a greater number chambered in .32-40. Curl |
