if I remember this correct think this is the Simsom - Jaeger brech lock. it work like the action of a german Parabellum pistol. my gunmaker have a 8x57irs double gun, he buy the action from the widow of the inventor in Suhl and build the gun arround this. he say that this is strongest possible brech action ever designed.
