For all of you who admire the classic British double rifle I want to show you what you have been missing.

This is a double rifle I saw and photographed at the Vintagers in September, 2001. As I recall, it was a 9.3x74R.

This rifle belonged to Joe Martinelli of J-Mar Enterprises, who graciously let me take these photos. They are hand-held shots, so not too crisp. Sorry.

I believe there was a short article about this design in DGJ not long after this sighting.
