doubleriflejack - John knows which is correct. He was just wanting to find out what the general views were on this forum. There have been pictures posted, with both barrels shooting into a single group at 50 yards and exclamations of wonderful grouping from the membership. Indeed, for a rifle that will only be shot to 150yards, crossing as in shooting together at 50yards, means they diverge to bore axis apart at 100 and only spread by about 1 1/2" to 2" between group centres at 150yards - still deadl and useable on most game. One can easily hold for that. |
