Styling it as the Webley long bar would be the way to go IMO." Huvirus, I don't agree with you; not sure what you are talking about. This IS the "original style," copied from the "mother gun." I have one in .303 British. What you call "antiquated" and contouring "clunky looking," in my mind, is perfection. Too many slab sided doubles, including some modern ones of today, are truly clunky looking, lack finesse. The Webley long bar frame isn't all that wonderful either, as so many think it is. |
