FrankMartinez The regulator is moving the vertical adjustment knob prior to shooting; NOT during firing, of course; he is moving it again, after firing first shot, same as hand held rifle would be moving slightly, just prior to shooting second shot, in both cases getting sights lined up properly; without the movement that one would experience if not using the fixture.
