thanks for the advice, I am still in the planning stages at the moment, but I think when I can I will order a Kriegoff
I am one of those people who think that the cocking system is a good idea and I have even read a article some years back that PH Fred Duckworth uses one and commented that he likes it very much. I was thinking about a completely matte blued model, I dislike rifles that act like a mirror when outdoors, with absolutely no engraving and the only options would be a steel gripcap and the express sights. I still have time to ponder over it though. If it is not too bold might I ask, would your friend do it all over again in choosing the krieghoff. or would he now choose a different manufacturer?
