Good Question... I believe it was John Taylor who wrote that - in theory, a belted or rimless cartridge stood a greater chance of the ejector slipping past the rim (or lack thereof).

Out of couriosity, has anyone ever experienced this?

Can anyone cite a doccumented occurance of such happening?
