hey, he can do great work, in fact superb work,
the problem is (and I have been told this since)
is that he can go over and above what he was asked to do !!!

Another one - he chopped a set of 577 barrels to 20 or 21 inches because that's what he thought would be good.
The customer had asked for 23 or 24 inches !!!

Kind of the type of thing that can't be rectified !!!
