They are a bit more expensive than the Baikal though!!!

I have assumed you would prefer SxS to U/O, however those chamberings you suggest are not for rimmed or flanged cases, so SxS doubles would be uncommon locally.

John Miall brings in the Kreighoffs I believe, Hermann's Guns has Merkels if memory serves, or you could haunt the second-hand market for a good pommie double, not easy to do unless you're 'in the know'! 500Nitro wheels'n'deals a bit, you could send him a PM.
