kamilaroi, I think you are maybe a bit high. $35k maybe. Finch Hattons double was up for sale at Holts a while back, didnīt make the reserve but that was because the chap who put it up for sale had paid far too high a price for it in the first place and was trying to get his money back, he failed and a deal was done after I believe at a considerably lower price.
