The largest I believe I have heard of, is a .375/444 or something like that.

I had one of the Valmet 412s a few years ago with a set of 375 Winchester barrels. The barrels had a 1 in 12 twist. I re-chambered them to 375JDJ (444/375) regulated it and soft soldered it so it wouldn't change. The rifle was a real shooter and played hell on the New Mexico mule deer population! I wish I still had that rifle.
