Sven, I ordered an AYA No.1 in 20 bore 3 years ago and they did offer an option of a spare pair of barrels in .44 Rem mag, made and regulated in Belgium, I did think about it as I thought it would make a great little driven boar rifle (as would a .444) but it would have cost me an extra GBP7k so I decided against it, I guess the chap who changed the rifle above was thinking the same. Also, though I maybe wrong here and stand to be corrected, that it is difficult if not impossible to get an FAC in the UK for a .375 for GAME shooting in the UK, I needed to show the police in the UK that I had my .500 on a European certificate before they would allow me to bring it through ONLY for transit to Africa !!, it could be that the previous owner had it rebored to .444 as the cartridge is at best I guess a 150 yd one with it´s trajectory, just a possibility that the police would have OKéd that, best, Mike
