Are you not just trying to lube the pin, I wouldn't think that you were trying to keep the grease from failing at 100 miles and hour, so why would the Timken rating matter? I'm having trouble grasping why a special grease is necessary. I have a grease made by Wilson Combat that I use to lube my 1911, between the frame and slide, that seems to work well on the hinge pin.
