Bit of a moot point when talking about double rifles, and the difference must be tiny and very dependent on location.

The simple fact is, if buying ammo, the .303 will out do the .30-30 everytime.

But who buys ammo for a double and doesn't reload?

If buying components, I can't see the components being any different in price?
