Congratulations , that is an excelent all around rifle and caliber for any European or North American big game. Very, very good on big wildboars... you just need to use it... and enjoy it....

If you decide to add him an scope, my suggestion would be any of the four premium manufacturers (Zeiss, Swarovski, Schmidt & Bender, Kahles) in a 1-4 magnification scope. Those small scopes are ideal for doubles and big bores rifles.
