Mismanagement by so-called "Green" eco-terrorists is not limited to Africa.

The Idaho Panhandle Game Commissioner is a friend of mine and yesterday he told me they estimate unmanaged {hunting of them is banned} wolves are costing the state $30,000,000 per year, and game populations are decreasing everywhere wolves spread. We are now told here in my Unit there will be no cow elk season this year at all due to plummeting cow/calf ratios and devastated calf survival rate. Hasn't happened since elk populations were built up from nothing in the 1950's.
