I would say go with a .450/400 NE, probably still the best all-rounder rimmed cartridge. The .375's may shoot a bit flatter, but DR hunting tends to be more up close and personal. I like the extra cross sectional area and bullet weight of the .400 Jeffery when DG may be in the offing. The 400 gr bullets have great SD as well.
