I own a B quality .450 Purdey rifle made in 1887 that has been re-barreled by Dan'l Fraser to 9.3x74R and modified to include ejectors. Fraser used their own number (3451) to the barrels and signed the rib as such. I have not had the chance to shoot it yet. I have seen a handful of rifles re-barreled by Fraser. I can recall one Grant. Purdey or Henry + Fraser is not a bad combination... Best regards, WC |
