It makes perfect sense to me that you pick a DR that has the decocking safety system as that is what you are accustomed to with your Blaser. I like to have my actions similar, (i.e. all with manual safety and double trigger) then in a crunch, when instinct takes over you don’t get a surprise. The advantage with the Krieghoff DR is once the rifle is cocked, it stays cocked after she is opened. You do not have to recock after a reload, when you require you simply decock, the same as your Blaser R93. |
