The vast number of double rifle big bore shooters probably don't shoot it enough to justify reloading. For that rifle alone anyway, but we would have the gear for everything else as well.

But the tremendously high cost of NE (and similar) ammo makes it a necessity in Oz at least.

Plus it simply isn't available anyway.
