Since you are having the rifle built, the builder will be able to tell you WHAT LOAD IT IS REGULATED FOR. Now, it may be possible that it will regulate for other loads too, but only by shooting and trying it, will you know how well it may or may not work for such other loads, for most of the time, different bullets, different bullet weights, different velocities and other things, will all have a bearing on regulation.
