Correct, nothing is new, in 1993 I was sitting in Randy Brooks' office and he showed me a 750 cartridge he was making to fit a 750 Double Rifle. Randy then owned the Apex Barrel Company, cut rifled style, and made the barrels for the gun in the Apex shop. After load development on a single shot test gun, the barrels and cartridges were shipped off to Italy to be turned into a double.
