I have fooled around with double rifles of ALL calibers, for 40+ years; and never had one double on me---I always first tested my doubles by firing them with a snap cap in one chamber, though. More importantly, I never once heard of anyone having two fingers in trigger guard when firing a double rifle. Pretty astounding how dumb some people can be; they deserve to have such a rifle "double" on them, due to their own doing.
